SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

The size is not good, finaly you don't like the dress, you want a another one or you want to be refunded, no problem, every products can be exchanged or refunded.

You have 15 days to return us the dress.

First, send us an email to contact@vani-dress.com, by specifying your surname, name, order number and your wish if you want an exchange or a refund.

Upon receipt our agreement, you will send the parcel to vani-dress, the adress in Paris you will be transmitted by email.

Please note, you have to pay the re-expedition of the product until France.

DELIVERY COST

The delivery is free for France, no order minimum.

For USA: normal delay is from 4 to 7 days: 20 €

For UK: normal delay is from 2 to 5 days: 10€
